Anastasia Kudryashova

Anastasia has taken part in various projects for setting up of joint ventures, restructuring of company groups, mandatory buy-up of shares from minority shareholders and approval of different transactions by the anti-monopoly authorities and has advised corporate clients of the firm on other aspects of company law.
